After acquiring the recently vacated Stryker Medical headquarters building, Goodwill Industries remodeled 35,000 sq. ft. of it to meet their unique needs. The renovation included a retail store, classrooms, offices, shipping/receiving, production area, and tenant space. Engineering Plus, Inc., Inc. was responsible for designing and engineering the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
