Covert Library

Covert, Michigan

In order to fulfill a community need the City of Covert approved the 2009 construction of a new 5500 sq. ft. library. The building utilizes energy efficient systems and provides an attractive focal point for the city. Engineering Plus, Inc. provided complete plumbing, mechanical and electrical design and helped the city stay within their project budget.
