A building study was completed in 2008 for approximately 137,000 square feet distributed over the two building complex, which is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The buildings are to be used as research and testing facilities. Engineering Plus studied the buildings' mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for the purpose of renovating the building for a new occupant.
