Engineering Plus, Inc., Inc. completed the mechanical and plumbing design for the new Northwood Elementary in the Royal Oak Public School District in 2006. The mechanical design for the 50,000 sq. ft. facility included fan coil units, energy recovery systems, a high efficiency condensing boiler system, and high efficiency water heaters.
