Landscape Forms is a 30 plus year old company located in Kalamazoo, MI. The company specializes in exterior commercial/industrial grade furniture and functional site decorations. Engineering Plus, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, & plumbing design as well as fire protection and site drainage work on the new 36,650 sq. ft. manufacturing addition. The site is surrounded by extensive, regulated wetlands, which provided a unique challenge to designing the site storm water retention and distribution system for the additional 270,000 sq. ft. of loading dock and trailer storage.
