Due to church growth, 12th Street Baptist built two separate additions totaling 18,000 sq. ft., which tripled the size of their existing facility. The new addition included a larger sanctuary, classrooms, bathrooms, offices, kitchen, and gymnasium. Engineering Plus, Inc., Inc. worked with a preselected team of contractors to provide cost effective mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
